Hyperized Hosting - London network problems

At around 19:13 some routing issues started to appear on our London network, affecting the 'Particle' server (193.33.186.160, 193.33.186.176, 193.33.186.177, 193.33.186.178, 193.33.186.179). The issues is being worked at, but the network provider did not give out a estimated time of repair.

After many trouble free months of service I'm sorry to announce that we are noticing some partial routing issues at present. I don't have an official RFO but at this early stage I believe that something is happening at LINX - the UK's largest internet exchange.
Needless to say, this is unfortunately out of our control although we are in contact with our upstream to ensure we are able to give you any information as and when it is available.
Our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this matter may be causing you, hopefully it will be resolved very shortly.

Hyperized Hosting - London server maintenance

From 18:30 till aprox. 23:00 (GTM+1) our London server: Particle will be subject to unscheduled maintenance. The IP addresses: 193.33.186.160, 193.33.186.176, 193.33.186.177, 193.33.186.178, 193.33.186.179 are subject to downtime during this period. To give our customers more insight in the status of the production servers we will release a live status view on the server page within the hour.

Hyperized Hosting - Holiday Support

Due to the summer holiday period (Mid-July - Mid-August), Hyperized Support staff availability will be limited. Bank transfers are checked twice a week instead of daily, and order setup may be delayed to a few hours instead of minutes. To ensure direct customer contact Roberto will temporarily replace Gerben at the support desk.
